We are delighted to welcome Dr David Gardner, Osteopath, to the Agility team.

With over 12 years of experience, David brings a wealth of knowledge, a calm and friendly approach, and a special interest in treating sports-related injuries, postural complaints, and neck pain.

A former competitive swimmer and water polo player, he’s passionate about helping you move and feel your best — whether you’re an athlete, a desk-worker or chasing after little ones (something he knows well as a dad of two!).

As the end of the year draws near, we’d like to thank you for being part of our 2024 story. We are so often humbled by the opportunity to work with you on your health journey - whether it be recovering from injury, keeping pain at bay or improving your day to day function. Whatever brings you through the AO doors, we thank you for choosing us.

We’re heeding our own advice this holiday season and taking some time to rest and rejuvenate.

The AO doors will open again on Tuesday 7 January, when we look forward to seeing you.

Until then, stay safe, rest up and don’t forget your stretches!
