Today we said goodbye to our beautiful Laura .My heart hurt to say goodbye today to this beautiful lady who inspired me every class that she came to .

We will miss you Laura in our over sixties class and I will miss our laughs , lunches and wines , our lunch catch ups and your smile .

I truely loved you and I’m so thankful I got to know you .

Boxing for fitness is inspired by real boxing training, but the goal is to improve fitness and health.

It takes many of the elements of training that are fun, challenging, and good for cardio health and strength!

To my No Limitz family I can’t thank you enough for your love and support that I felt through the loss of my beautiful Dad .

I have struggled over the past few years knowing how sick he was getting and being there for you all and being by my Dads side .

Thank you for sticking by me , understanding that sometimes I just had to be with my Dad without question and that family always comes first

Just 7 weeks after giving birth Justine is back working out . Justine trained right up until 35 weeks and noticed that her birth and recovery was much quicker this time .
You can definitely exercise safely through each trimester by changing the way some exercises are performed.
