We’ve been taught to grit our teeth and bear it.

But if you’re missing life because of your cycle, that’s a red flag.

Common ≠ Normal.
âś… Normal: Period cramps that settle with Panadol + rest.
đźš© Not normal: Period cramps that keep you home from work/school (or cancel plans).

If your pain is interrupting your life, your body is trying to tell you something.
Don’t minimise it. Track it.

Open CHARLI → log your symptoms → and let’s build the evidence you need to get real answers.

Save this as your reminder.

THE PARTNER’S CHEAT SHEET: The Cycle Edition
Because “I’m fine” can mean 4 different things depending on the week 👇

🩸 Menstrual (Period)
Vibe: Hibernation mode
Your role: Refill the hot water bottle. Keep the snacks coming. Low expectations, high comfort.

🌱 Follicular (Post-period)
Vibe: Brain fog is gone, “yes” energy
Your role: Fun dates. Planning. New things. This is her reset phase.

✨ Ovulatory (Mid-cycle)
Vibe: High energy, social butterfly
Your role: Book the dinner. Let her shine. Compliments go a long way.

🌙 Luteal (Pre-period)
Vibe: Easily overstimulated, needs softness
Your role: Bring chocolate. Offer back rubs. Don’t ask big questions. Keep it calm.

Partners: you don’t need to fix it or come with solutions, you just need to understand it and listen.

11 February is the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

A global reminder that gender imbalance still exists across science, technology and healthcare, and why representation matters at every level.

At CHARLI, women lead, build and shape the science behind better health outcomes. Today we recognise the women driving progress, and the work still ahead to create truly equitable systems in science and tech.

Fertility treatment covers more than IVF.

It includes any medical or supportive care that helps you understand your cycle and improve your chances of conceiving or building your family.

Some people start with:
👉 Education
👉 Cycle tracking
👉 Ovulation timing support

Others may need:
👉 Medication
👉 Procedures
👉 Assisted reproduction

The right plan depends on your cycle, your health history, and your timeline.

CHARLI supports cycle and symptom tracking so you can spot patterns earlier and bring useful data into your care.

The average endometriosis diagnosis takes 6.5 years.
Let’s speed that up.

Here’s what the diagnosis journey should look like when you’ve got the right tools in your corner 👇

Step 1 (Month 1 to 3): Log your symptoms in CHARLI
Track pain, bleeding, fatigue, digestion, mood. The stuff that gets dismissed first.

Step 2: CHARLI’s AI starts spotting patterns
Because “random symptoms” usually aren’t random.

Step 3: See the details in your Me tab
Clear summaries. Consistent data. Less guessing.

Step 4: Book a doctor appointment via Clinic
Walk in prepared, not overwhelmed.

Step 5: Referral + diagnosis
With symptom history that actually supports what you’re feeling.

If you’ve ever been told “it’s normal” while your body screams otherwise, this is your reminder: pain is information.

Ovarian cancer doesn’t get talked about enough, too many women are diagnosed late and too many families are affected quietly.

This month, we’re standing with Ovarian Cancer Australia, by wearing teal, sharing facts and starting conversations that can change outcomes.

If a ribbon can spark awareness, and awareness can save lives, it’s worth wearing. 💙

Support the teal ribbon movement, support women and together we can raise awareness and early detections.

Ovulation induction (OI) is a common first step in fertility treatment.

OI uses medication to stimulate ovulation, either to trigger egg release or make ovulation more predictable. It’s often used when ovulation is irregular or not happening.

For many people with ovulatory dysfunction, this level of treatment can be enough to achieve pregnancy.

If your cycles are unpredictable, this is one pathway your clinician may discuss early.

Taking a sick day for “women’s troubles” feels taboo, It shouldn’t.

If you couldn’t walk because of a twisted ankle, you wouldn’t push through.

So why do we treat uterus pain like it’s just something you’re meant to tolerate?

If your period pain or endo flare is flattening you, take the day.
Rest is medical. Recovery is productive.

Doctor speak is confusing. We’re fluent.

If your report is full of words that make you panic, you’re not alone. Most people leave appointments with more questions than answers.

CHARLI helps you translate symptoms, understand what’s going on, and know what to ask next so you can advocate for yourself with confidence.

Natural cycle monitoring is one of the most overlooked steps in fertility care.

For many people, pregnancy doesn’t happen because ovulation timing is off, not because anything is wrong.

Tracking your cycle properly can mean:

👉 Identifying real ovulation windows
👉 Understanding patterns without medication
👉 Using data instead of averages
👉 Taking the guesswork out of timing

CHARLI helps you track cycles and symptoms, pinpoint ovulation windows, and turn complex fertility info into clear, personalised insights.
