We are thrilled to introduce you to our new clinician, Imtinan! 😊
Imtinan is a kind, caring and valuable addition to the team. She has recently moved from Melbourne after completing her Bachelor's degree in O&P and an honours project to join our team!
She is passionate about advocating for O&P and ensuring clients receive early, evidence-based interventions to optimise outcomes. She also has a strong interest in lower limb biomechanics, Paediatric gait assessment, developmental conditions, and diabetic foot management.
We asked Imtinan some questions so you can get to know her a little better ✨🤗
What is one hobby you will never get sick of? 📖
Definitely reading. I’ve always loved how a good book can completely shift your perspective or introduce you to ideas you may not have considered before. Whether it’s fiction that lets you step into a different world or non-fiction that challenges your thinking, reading is something I naturally gravitate back to no matter how busy life gets.
What about your role with Access Orthotics excites you the most?👣
I’m really excited to be part of a team that makes a tangible difference in people’s everyday lives. Improving mobility and supporting someone’s independence has such a meaningful impact, and it’s rewarding to contribute to that. I’m also inspired by Access Orthotics’ strong focus on digital innovation. It’s inspiring to see how technology is being used to deliver more precise and personalised care.
If you could travel anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would you go and why?🇯🇵
Japan is at the top of my list. I’m fascinated by the balance of tradition and modern innovation, and I would absolutely love to experience cherry blossom season in person. It just seems like such a special and beautiful time to be there.
