World Braille Day is marked on 4 January each year to recognise the role of braille in supporting reading, communication, and access to information for people who are blind or have low vision.

The Oz Day 10K is returning this Australia Day 2026, bringing together all wheelchair racers, including young and developing athletes, to take on the 10 km course alongside Paralympians. Racers need to register ahead until Monday 12 January 2026.

Spectators can experience world-class athleticism and catch the action up close at The Rocks on Australia Day, 26 January 2026.
