Mattel has released a new doll developed with guidance from the autistic community, designed to reflect some of the ways people with autism may experience the world.

The release has sparked mixed reactions, with some welcoming more inclusion and others raising concerns about stereotypes and representation.

Growing up with the NDIS can involve important decisions at different stages, from early intervention through the school years and beyond. As the new school term approaches, many families are planning school routines and supports for the year ahead.

At First2Care, we support families by managing plan budgets, paying invoices on time, and providing clear budget information so there is one less thing to worry about.

Our Story

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has been an important part of a positive cultural shift within Australia. One where people with a disability have the right to choose their own support and control how it’s delivered – putting them at the centre and empowering them to make their own life choices.

First2Care is an NDIS Plan Management App that was built to nurture relationships between people. It connects participants with loved ones and support professionals, empowering them to apply for and manage the support they need; thereby increasing their opportunities for success in their NDIS journey.
