Christmas is the time for giving but also a great time to think about yourself and your own self-care.

⭐Here are some tips for self-care this festive season.

🧘‍♀️Get moving - Gentle exercises, such as morning walks or stretching, can improve mood and reduce stress. Even better, take a summer nighttime walk with family or loved ones and check out your neighbourhood Christmas lights.

🙌Protect yourself and set boundaries - The holiday season can be hectic with endless planning, events and family obligations but it is okay to say no and take time for you.

🥗Eat healthily - We all know Christmas is the time to indulge, don't give this up but aim for a balance diet and stay hydrated.

❤️And above all... take notice of the little things. Christmas comes and goes so fast that if you don’t stop, you can miss the best parts.
