MONDAYS are for Yoga and coffee 🙌

Monday 9:15am Yoga class at Revive Yoga & Wellness Centre is now child friendly and only $10 for a drop in visit.

It also happens to be the free coffee day at Orion with a few stores participating including Merlo and Donut King among others!

So come along, bring the kids, get in some yoga time for yourself while the little play alongside. Then scan the QR code at participating store to get your free coffee.

It’s kind of the perfect Monday really 🤗

Bookings are not required, you can just turn up on the day ☺️

I am back!! A massive thank you to everyone who has made it possible for me to study this year, thesis officially submitted and I am so happy to be back more with you all (also to get some more sleep will be nice 😜) You will see an extra large amount of me this week while Meg is hiking in the Tassie wilderness, I am covering most of her classes and back on all my own classes so please come and say hi and jump in on a class with me this week ❤️🙏

We’re back baby! Unfortunately our account was mistakenly disabled in early September but it’s been restored so here is a little reel of our last 5 weeks. While we missed sharing on here we didn’t miss a minute of sharing in person both in and out of the studio. As always it’s a joy and a privilege to be a part of this amazing community. Looking forward to our Spring into Summer Wellness Challenge starting November. On a personal note, my university studies will be finished (for now) on 31st October and I can’t wait to get on my mat more, along side you all 🥳🥰🧘‍♀️
