Better Connection. Better Care. Hello Home Doctor Service is a Bulk Billed* Nationwide after-hours home visiting doctor service, providing quality care at home by experienced doctors. Patient care in the after-hours period is our number one priority. If your health care is not life-threatening, call Hello Home Doctor Service on 134 100. Our Doctors are fully equipped to treat acute and episodic conditions. Our Doctors carry both a supply of emergency medicines and a majority of normally prescribed medicines. These can be administered when an initial dose of medication if necessary and a prescription provided which can be filled in the morning. In case of a medical emergency, please dial 000. A patient report is completed for every patient seen by a Doctor from Hello Home Doctor Service. We endeavour to send a copy of the patient report to your regular GP for their records. To help us keep your medical care continuous, we ask that you have the name of your general practitioner or medical centre available at the time of making a booking to see a doctor after hours. This will allow for any follow-up rand ongoing medical treatment to be provided by your regular GP. We provide care to all regardless of their race, age, gender, religious background or sexual orientation. Hello Home Doctor Service operates in the following defined after hours period:-
- weeknights from 6pm until 8am the following morning
- weekends from 12pm Saturday to 8am Monday
- All day on public holidays including the Ipswich Show Day
Our call centre starts taking patient bookings at 4:00pm on weekdays, 10:00am on Saturdays, and 24 hours on Sundays and Public holidays. For care outside of these times, we suggest you seek medical care by calling or visiting:-
- Your regular GP
- 13Health 13 43 25 84 (qualified staff will give you advice)
- 000 in case of a medical emergency
- Your local hospitals emergency department

Our Doctors offer a bulk-billed service and treat you and your loved ones in their homes, retirement villages, aged care facilities, disability housing, and hotels.

How do I make a booking?
Hello Home Doctor Operations in the following hours: –
WEEKNIGHTS from 6 pm until 8 am the following morning
WEEKENDS from 12 pm Saturday to 8 am Monday
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS all day on public holidays
Our doctors endeavor to be at your generally within two to three hours from the time of your call. Our doctors and their drivers will communicate with you throughout this time so you are aware of any delays or when they are close to seeing you.
