VETERAN MORNING TEA - ACTIVE CHOICES INFORMATION SESSION
Details here: https://www.facebook.com/share/18Cyb7mFA7/

“How I see myself as a father moving forward is to be there and be in the playground. It wasn’t until I started becoming active again and getting back in the gym that I’ve realised where I was and where I needed to be.”
- Doug Egan, Active Choices Coach.

Are you a veteran, do you know veterans and families in the Greater Springfield and Ipswich region of Queensland, who want to connect through sport, exercise and physical activity?

Active Choices for Springfield Veterans is a free and fun "connect and support" program.

Come and meet the team and find out more about the program over morning tea this Thursday or next Thursday.

Whether it’s with old friends, new connections, or your family, Active Choices helps you find ways to be active together.

You’ll get dedicated support to be active and healthy from an Active Choices Coach who gets the challenges of transitioning form service. If needed, you can also get financial help accessing some the Active Choices you want to try.
