Our team at the Centre for Community Health and Wellbeing has just won the UQ Award for Excellence in Community! 🏆💛

This award celebrates the work we do with the Springfield community. We are bringing together researchers, students, health professionals, and locals to find new ways to live healthier, happier lives.

We’re so proud to call Springfield home, and we couldn’t have done this without the amazing people who take part in our projects, share their ideas, and help shape the future of health in our region.

UQ at Springfield are looking for adults who live, work or play in Greater Springfield to participate in a digital health and wellbeing project!
What it’s about: LinkMeToHealth is an app and community-sourced health and wellbeing directory specifically designed for Greater Springfield. We are looking for adults in Springfield to download the app and ‘tag’ health services to build entries. No special skills or experience needed, all you need is a smartphone.
Who can join: Adults who live, work or play in Springfield. Get in quick! There are limited spots available.
What you will get: Participants will receive a $20 e-gift voucher for every 4 places tagged accurately, up to a maximum of $100 (20 places tagged).

As a health and wellbeing-driven research team, we are currently looking into ways we can make Springfield the first smoke-free city in Australia. We are keen to have you share your insights with us!
