Shoulder bursitis - we’ve all heard about it, but what is it?

Inflammation and pain of the bursa (fluid sack) around the shoulder 💥

Knowing this isn’t helpful, as it doesn’t tell us WHY it’s inflamed

Fix the WHY (this is different for every shoulder)
—> Often we see the shoulder unable to access space here due to stiffness of the ribcage, shoulder blade, poor control
