Waking between 2–4am isn’t random.

In kinesiology, we reference the Chinese Five Elemental Flow, where each meridian is most active at a specific time of night. Between 2–4am, the liver meridian is dominant, supporting detoxification, emotional processing, and integration.
If stress, emotion, or overload has been building, the body may wake you as part of its healing response.
In this session, I guide you through a gentle kinesiology balance to support the liver, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic flow, helping your body move back toward deeper, uninterrupted sleep.
