Next week will be your last chance to get in with Dr Dom or Dr Cam before their Christmas break. Their last day will be the 20th of December. So if you want to book in with either before Christmas then you had better get in quick.

Have no fear they aren't going away for long and Dr Brett will still be available while they are away.

Dr Cam will be back on the 29th of December.

Dr Dom will be back on the 13th of January.

We know this is a busy time that for some can be stressful both physically and emotionally so be sure to prioritise your health so you can enjoy the season.

Practicing Gratitude is one of the simplest and best things you can do for your health and your nervous system.

We are practicing what we preach and we have a lots to be thankful for this year at . It has been a massive year of growth for us. 2 new Chiros. An expanded team of assistants. New space. Lots more people helped through quality Chiropractic care. And we couldn't have done any of it without the help of our fabulous community.

So thank you!

Each year we do a Christmas Toy Drive in the practice for .

They recommend donating gifts in the following categories and to a maximum of $40 value.

You don't need to be a practice member to donate and we will be adding to the donations as a practice e too.

We'd love you to join us and help make sure that all kids in South Australia have an exciting Christmas.
