Practicing Gratitude is one of the simplest and best things you can do for your health and your nervous system.

We are practicing what we preach and we have a lots to be thankful for this year at . It has been a massive year of growth for us. 2 new Chiros. An expanded team of assistants. New space. Lots more people helped through quality Chiropractic care. And we couldn't have done any of it without the help of our fabulous community.

So thank you!

Why not join us in our month of gratitude. Next time you come in for your adjustment. While you are getting adjusted why not think of one thing you are grateful for and see how you can help us regulate your nervous system even better.

They recommend donating gifts in the following categories and to a maximum of $40 value.

You don't need to be a practice member to donate and we will be adding to the donations as a practice e too.

We'd love you to join us and help make sure that all kids in South Australia have an exciting Christmas.

Yesterday one of our practice members described the results they have seen under Chiropractic care as magic. And whilst we are pleased they are so happy, we had to explain again that there is nothing magical about Chiropractic. It's just basic biology.

Your body has evolved over millions of years to function in an optimal way. To adapt, to heal, to perform. This function is controlled and regulated by your nervous system (which is protected by your spine).

When your nervous system is free from interference your body adapts, heals and performs the way it is intended.

And contrary to what many have been led to believe that normal performance is actually frickin cool. It's not magic, it's biology, but we understand why sometimes people confuse the two.

There have been lots of New Beginnings at lately. Not the least of which is our new Chiropractic team.

But this one is not about us, it is about YOU!
