Hello!

I may have been quiet on social media this year but I'm still around and offering regular sound events and one to one sound sessions.

Here's some upcoming sound bath dates...

Thursday - September 4 & 18
Tuesday - September 9

These are offered in St Agnes from 7:30 to 9pm

Sound baths are starting back tomorrow night alternating Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30 in St Agnes. If you'd like to join us, there's 2 spots free for tomorrow and a link in the comments to book for Jan/Feb dates.

If those nights don't work out for you, there's always the option of arranging your own group of up to 8 people to come and experience a sound bath on a day or night that suits you best.

A moment to myself with the Gong and the birds before sound bath at our Go With Yin event Sunday. I could get lost in these sounds forever! I find them so grounding, expansive and soothing.

A huge thank you to beautiful Jas of Kind Mind Wellness for inviting me to join her again and to the wonderful beings who attended. I've lost count of how many of these events we've offered but they've spanned over a few years now! It's always an honour and a joy 💛

Some of the feedback I received afterwards was....

✨️ I've never felt so held before. That was just incredible!

✨️ Whenever you use your voice, I feel like I'm out in a field surrounded by ancient elders...it's my favourite part.

✨️ I'm really lost for words, they simply don't do justice to what I just experienced.

✨️The gong took me places within myself I never knew were there. It was a homecoming and I feel so grateful and blessed to have received that.

My heart is full 💙

A few moments captured as I was setting up for last week's sound bath at Riverdell.

What a beautiful and restorative session this was! Guided by the deep, enveloping sounds of the Earth gong and the expansive frequencies of the cosmos sound plate - I absolutely adore this pairing 🤍

Some flute layered with an ocean drum and later on a beautiful rainstick. The beach footage is from February last year when I was up in Byron for Acutonics training which I'm now just recalling was where I fell in love with the flute (and cicadas) and heard about Southern Cross Flutes, the makers of the flute I'm playing here 🙂

A couple of pics from a Yin Yoga and Sound event with the amazing Louise from Sol Sessions Yoga...

Whilst Louise guided participants through a Yin Yoga sequence, I created a live soundtrack that flowed with each pose and supported a deepening in the essence of each one. It was so magical!
