My method

I've created Buddha Bodies for everybody. By everybody I mean anybody who would like to use Yoga to improve their flexibility, stretch & extend their posture & calm busy minds.

My method is simple - "You start where you are . . . Use what you have . . . Do what you can" - Arthur Ashe

Through practising Hatha Yoga you will begin to see changes in the way you move & feel.

Hatha Yoga combines simple breathing exercises with a series of asanas (yoga postures) and ends with Savasana (relaxation). It builds strength and suppleness in the body bringing calm to the mind while taking an hour to focus on yourself.

Classes are designed to match individual needs enabling you to move and grow stronger.

About me

Hi, I'm Pamela - a qualified Yoga teacher from St Fillans. I created Buddha Bodies in Autumn 2019 to broaden the reach of yoga within my village & wider community.

I've been practicing Yoga for 10 years. My journey to qualification has included a foundation teacher's training certificate with Yoga Scotland in 2015 & most recently my full certificate with Yoga Alliance in 2019. In addition I hold a BA (Honours) in Philosophy & a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling. I feel my life experience & related qualifications blend well with pursuing a yogic life, which I now wish to help others enjoy :-)

My travels around Europe & Asia have included retreats, classes, & workshops of different Yoga styles in Spain, Greece, India, Singapore & of course Scotland! Some of these Yoga forms include Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha, Dru & Forrest.

My home is in the beautiful lochside village of St Fillans in highland Perthshire - an inspiring place to put into practice my love of yoga and share with others.
