Goal setting.

It's scary because you have to admit you can't do something.

Then you find someone to help break it down into little steps, you show up along the way and before you know it you've achieved something you never thought you could do!

16 weeks ago I wasn't a runner.
Last week I completed my first Hyrox.
Those finish line feels!

It doesn't matter if your goal is to Hyrox or hang washing, to climb a mountain or climb a flight of stairs. Set the goal, break it into little steps and show up. We believe you CAN do it and we're here to help 💙
