A Mothers’ Group Made for Neurodivergent Mums
Motherhood is huge, and even bigger when you’re neurodivergent.
Breastfeeding can trigger you. Constant touch can overwhelm you.
Others see “tired,” but you’re working overtime just to stay regulated.
You love your baby, yet still wonder: Am I present? Am I coping? Why do I feel so alone?
✨ You deserve a space where your experience makes sense.
Introducing a gentle, professionally supported mothers’ group for neurodivergent mums with babies up to age 2 in a place to feel understood, connected, and genuinely okay.

When: Every Wednesday beginning 5 February 2026
Time: 10:00am–11:30am
Where: St Kilda or online
$360 for a 6-week block with a small group
