Major works:

We thank the community for their patience during Stage One works.

A reminder that Stage Two works start from 10pm, Friday 3 May to 8am, Monday 20 May. There will be a full road closure along St Kilda Road between Inkerman and Carlisle Streets.

We regularly carry out maintenance and renewal works in partnership with the Department of Transport and Planning to improve operations and passenger experience.

Sections of the tram track along the St Kilda Road corridor have reached the end of their life cycle and to continue to deliver a safe and reliable tram service to the area, these tram tracks must be replaced.

Works will occur 24 -hours a day and there will be disruptions, with road closures and diversions in place.
