I hope everyone is keeping warm on this frosty Friday afternoon!

This coming Thursday we have our fortnightly Psychosocial Art Therapy support group on in Vermont from 6:30pm-8pm. All art materials and refreshments provided!

We integrate talking and art therapy to support anyone going through any mental health challenges in a nurturing and safe environment.
