Minimally Invasive Full Arch Tx:
Not every full arch case requires a full clearance. achieved the optimum outcome for this patient by retaining their upper molars.

Maximum bone was preserved with some minor augmentation at the 13 site. The fixed implant-supported bridge from just 15-25 has completely rejuvenated the smile without compromising on function or aesthetics. Keeping the posterior occlusion intact provided a seamless transition to the new smile and retained the highly valuable proprioception provided by PDL.
