Upper Crossed Syndrome is a common postural imbalance that affects many of us, especially those who spend long hours at desks or looking at screens. It involves a pattern of tight and weak muscles in the upper body, leading to poor posture and discomfort.

🔍 What Happens?

Tight Muscles: The upper traps, levator scapulae, and pectoral muscles become overactive and tight

Weak Muscles: The deep neck flexors and lower/mid trapezius become underactive and weak

🧍‍♂️ Symptoms:

➡️Forward head posture
➡️ Rounded shoulders
➡️ Neck and shoulder pain
➡️ Reduced mobility

💪 What can I do?

➡️ Stretch tight muscles
