Let us re-introduce JAMES

Principle Osteopath & Level 1 ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach

James’ osteopathy career has seen him work across multiple clinics from Melbourne to Toronto, CA. In James’ formative years as an osteopath he was mentored by ATP men’s professional tennis tour physio, Luke Fuller. This influenced James’ approach to treatment, as he understands the need for exercise prescription in preventing and rehabilitating injuries, from the desk bound worker to the elite athlete. He also spent time working at Growing Bones Yarraville, where he learnt and gained experience in treating pregnancy related conditions & children from 3 years old.

James has furthered his knowledge & experience through the completion of an ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coaching accreditation. He is also currently working with Geelong Football Club, providing hands on treatment to the AFL & AFLW teams.

James is passionate about taking a client centred approach to treatment. You can expect to be involved in your diagnosis, treatment techniques and the exercises prescribed. This is done to ensure you leave each treatment feeling educated and empowered on your condition, whilst having the confidence of being in control of your outcomes.

James also has the following additional qualifications to provide you with the best opportunity in achieving your goals.
