INTRODUCING: BLUE LOTUS TEA 💙

I’m so excited to finally “officially” share my new baby, Blue Lotus Tea.

This feels like a long time coming! Many of you who know me know that I am the tea girl. I’ve always thought about having my own tea brand one day, but just never took that leap. Well… here we FINALLY are!

Blue Lotus has been such a huge part of my spiritual journey over the past few years. I drink it every night before bed to truly unwind for the night, and have had some beautifully profound spiritual experiences as a result of drinking this sacred elixir.

Traditionally, Blue Lotus was embraced through ceremony in Ancient Egypt. It’s connected to their creation story, and gods/goddesses such as Nefertem and Goddess Isis.

It is believed to activate the heart and third eye chakra, helping you come back to centre, and the core essence of love and all that is.

This is about shedding an old skin and stepping into your light, letting go of old patterns than no longer serve you. That is rebirth - it’s an evolution of self, a thank you to the old who served you before, while rising into a version of you that best serves you now.
