As part of being a co-chair of the ANZAED Private Practice Special Interest group Dr Maala Lal and I had the wonderful pleasure of running our first lunch time book club session today!

It was so wonderful to discuss the first chapter of the book Help For The Helper by Babette Rothschild & get a chance to meet a wonderful psychologist and dietitian working in the eating disorder space 🤓

Looking forward to the next book club meeting in November and to explore the wisdoms of chapter 2!
