Flock 50 šŖ¶
These were taken at home.
On our land. In the old ruin. On the roof. At sunrise.
Places that hold our story.
Light that feels like medicine to me.
Being part of Flock 50 was a simple yes.
A quiet decision to stand where I already belong and allow myself to be seen there.
Moving through these spaces felt natural. Stretching against old stone walls. Sitting with the rising sun. Balancing above the valley I look out over most mornings. There was no performance in it. Just breath. Just body. Just being.
I said yes to support Grier in completing her 50.
But I also said yes to honouring this season of my life.
When I look at these images, I see the same thing I guide women back to every day through movement and Roaming Zen⦠connection. To land. To body. To self.
Fifty feels grounded. Spacious. Honest.
And that feels right.
Thank you Grier for holding this so gently.
PS. If youāve been quietly wondering whether this might be your moment too, there are just a few places left in Flock 50. You donāt have to do it loudly. Just start with a yes.
