After nearly 30 years as a naturopath and homeopath, I’ve realised something many people overlook in their health and healing… sometimes the best thing you can do is stop thinking about it for a while!

I say that half tongue-in-cheek, but there’s truth in it. Today, I gave myself some time out at one of my favourite places, the Sydney Botanical Gardens. No agenda, just space to think, dream, and let my mind wander.

In fact, I found myself daydreaming about a new amateur group I’m organising to play Baroque music. Over many years I have seen profound healing in my clinic using Homoeopathic & Naturopathic medicine, but these moments of wonder and quiet imagination aren’t just nice extras.

They’re an essential part of a healthy, balanced life. They can be a significant part of someone’s healing.
