We hear this a lot watching sport on the weekend, waiting to confirm if our favourite players are out for 21days after sustaining a concussion. What is lesser understood, is that concussion is actually a form of mild traumatic brain injury and should be managed professionally to ensure the best possible recovery and return to school, work, and sport.
