💖 Love Letters from the Body 💖

A two-hour unfolding where breath and movement become the doorway and language the bridge.

Beginning with pranayama to draw us inward, then lingering in slow, fluid shapes that soften the body into presence and journeying into somatic movement to loosen what has been held too tightly, giving permission for the body to speak before the pen does.

Through nidra and guided metaphor, we drift into the landscapes of imagination, where each heart uncovers its own message.

By the end, you will carry home a poem - a love letter from your body.

Join us for an evening of creativity, connection, and a touch of cheeky fun as we blend the worlds of art and movement in our first Paint a Pose life drawing event.

Guided by a professional model (who may strike a few yoga-inspired poses for good measure!), this relaxed 90-minute session is open to everyone - whether you're a seasoned artist or haven’t picked up a pencil since high school.

Paola lays the foundation with a slow and deliberately paced FAMO Fascia Movement flow, a sequence that employs leisurely undulating movements to uncoil, rebalance, glide and connect with your body’s fascia and muscles. Small massage props are used to enhance tissue nourishment and hydration. With special focus on marrying nervous-system regulation and movement, this class encourages a sense of all-embracing inner health and vitality.

We gather to experience the healing power of sisterhood and what it means to truly be celebrated for the free and raw expression of our bodies and unfiltered feminine energy 🌓

We are thrilled to welcome Maryanne Edwards for a special one-off workshop that blends deep philosophy with embodied practice. If you love Maryanne's classes, you know this will sell out and is not to be missed.

Philosophy & Flow is a workshop that explores the tension between consciousness and energy and how it behaves in 5 specific ways. Expect an interactive lecture of sorts, and a little digestive move to seal it in.

Join Maryanne for a philosophical discussion that covers the foundations of Ta**ra, which is a rich study of consciousness and our longing to feel whole.

Explore one particular story from the Ta***ic tradition that illustrates how we make our way as spiritual beings having a human experience. Then we move to digest this theory through our extended brain – our body. This is the great reach of yoga studies, we can enter through body, mind or heart and all paths lead to the same place - wholeness.

Tessa returns to her regular Thursday night classes from October, but you don’t have to wait that long to see her!

She will be making two special guest appearances in the studio on:
