Still some of my all time fav early bird yogis… all in class today apart from who is excused as she is in the Northern Hemisphere 😍

Like any practice - the benefit arises from Tapas. The commitment and self discipline of meeting yourself on the mat ~ day after day, year after year, when things are good, when things aren’t good.

So inspired by these women who keep me honest, who practice with integrity and intention, joy, courage and commitment.
