Based on Hatha Yoga combinating yoga & pilates to balance the body

Karen has been teaching yoga for 16 years, classes are based on yoga and pilates including relaxation / meditation to calm the body and mind. Karen focuses on core strength, balance and flexibility, the calming of mind and body - catering for all ages, fitness levels and flexibility - Options are given to the poses so you can work at your own level and ability.
$16 per casual or 5 classes for $70 - All classes are 1 hour (Zoom at same time is also an option)

Yoga for everyone, Karen has been teaching yoga for about 13 years, classes are based on a Hatha style flow Yoga. This ancient form of exercise and meditation involves a series of poses and postures that promote flexibility, balance, alignment and deep breathing as well as a total body workout, it also helps with the mind, body and breath connection which helps to focus and calm the mind and body.

Yoga's mental and emotional benefits appeal to those seeking a relaxing, refreshing, fun workout. Along with relieving stress, doing a regular yoga practice tones your arms, back, legs and core. Karen can cater for all ages, fitness and flexibility levels, options can be given to the poses so you can work at your own level. Special for newcomers $10 first class, $16 per casual or 5 class anytime pass for $70

All classes 1 hr - Tues 9am & Tues 7pm / Thurs 7pm / Sat 8am / Sun 4.30pm.
