A beautiful reminder of what we practice together every week: showing up for ourselves, breathing through the hard bits and creating space to just be (plus having a bit of fun along the way!).
Whether you're drawn to the mindful movement of Slow Flow, the energising rhythm of Flow or the deep rest of Restore, come and join us on the mat!

📍 Thursdays 5.30pm: Restore
