Ummm super hard to smile while being jabbed with a needle, but I tried! 😆

Called in to see Matthew at Stepney TerryWhite Chemmart today as part of ‘Thank Your Pharmacist’ Day, and took the opportunity to get my flu and COVID jabs too.

Matthew and his team have been there for me and my family through the birth of two babies, our children’s first colds and provided advice on everything from sleep to the best flavours of children’s paracetamol. They’re a classic example of the amazing support pharmacists offer our community ❤️

🥵 Hot flushes may make you think you’ve had enough cardio for one day (week, month, year) but it’s not the hormonal changes causing flushes that are responsible for weight gain.

🔬 Menopausal hormonal changes DO cause a redistribution of weight, however, which particularly shows up around the middle – and as we age, our metabolism naturally slows.
