Welcome to the team, Jo!

We are excited to welcome Jo Kitchen to our team. Jo is a Clinical Social Worker (Medicare Provider) with 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families. Jo draws upon a range of interventions including Narrative, Schema, EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Solution Focused approaches. She has completed advanced EMDR training and her background spans the fields of Child Protection, Refugee Settlement, Aboriginal Health, and Family Violence, reflecting extensive expertise as a trauma practitioner. Jo offers individual and family counselling, assisting clients in understanding their challenges and fostering greater connection with themselves and those who matter most.
