HAPPY NEW YEAR 🥳
With lots of love to you all as we say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026
I want to pause and say a heartfelt thank you to each family who has walked alongside us. It has been a privilege to support you and your children, and to witness the courage, growth, and connection that unfolds when calm, safety, and understanding are given space to grow.
This year, we have supported;
• 59 families
• 189 sessions (many of them extended 2-hour sessions)
• 8 Fairy Tea Parties, full of joy and imagination
• 6 Circle of Security sessions for mums
• Support provided to families both here and in their homes
I have also had the opportunity to work within a high school as a RAISE Mentor for 1 term.
Alongside this work, I continued my professional development and training, becoming:
• An Interplay Facilitator
• A Circle of Security Facilitator
• Certified in Childhood Trauma
And of course, none of this work would be the same without the horses. Their quiet presence, attunement, honesty, and regulation do so much of the heavy lifting. They meet each child and adult exactly where they are — without judgement, without words — and offer safety, co-regulation, and connection in a way that is deeply powerful. I am endlessly grateful for the work they do.
Thank you for trusting me — and the horses — with your stories, your children, and your growth. It is an honour I never take lightly.
