✨ Expressions of Interest ~ Kids Mindful Movement & Meditation ✨ in Sale, VIC.
🕺✨️🧘♂️ I’m excited to be bringing a new 30-minute 'Mindful Movement & Meditation' session for school-age children to life in 2026 at Leaps & Bounds Dance School, Sale. Vic.
These sessions are created as a gentle wind-down space; supporting children to connect with their bodies through Movement, Breath & Awareness. A place to move freely, connect with themselves, feel joy and release any stress or tension they may be holding.
Sessions will include:
• Welcome, including a Positive Vibes ~ Affirmation card/Positive daily quote. 😍 ✨️
• Head to Toe ~ Mindful Movement & Body Awareness.
• Simple breathing techniques.
• Exploring the senses.
• Creative Self-expression through freestyle dance.
• A short (5-minute) guided meditation to finish.
• 'Mindful Movement & Meditation' is a Barefoot Grounding experience. 👣🥁🪘🎶
