Qualified with a Diploma in Remedial Massage completed with Evolve College in 2022. Certificate in Pregnancy Massage through Pregnancy Massage Australia. Trained as an Infant Massage instructor with IMA. As well as being trained in Post Natal Massage and Partner and Labour Massage. Other specialties include; Remedial, Dry Needling, Relaxation, Hot Stones, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue & Lymphatic Drainage. My main focus is the clients wants and needs, listening to your goals and creating a treatment for you to achieve these. I welcome people of all size, race, age, religion, gender and sexuality; treating them with compassion and respect. Health Rebates Accepted.

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been so quiet lately—life got a little busy. I wanted to pop in and talk about something important: the myth of "𝙣𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙣, 𝙣𝙤 𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣" in massage.

I hear this so often, and I want to set the record straight! A great massage should feel good. Yes, some spots might feel a little tender, but that's just your muscles letting us know they need some attention.

My goal is to always keep it relaxing while still giving you the benefit of therapeutic work. It doesn't have to hurt to be effective!
