Recently, I was lucky enough to tick off a major bucket-list dream, a vision always wanted to witness and truly experience. It was one of those sights you can’t look away from. I could have stared at that breathtaking scenery forever

It was such a soulful day exploring the Nevada Desert. The drive from Vegas to the Canyon was unbelievably picturesque every mile felt like a moving postcard 😍🫶🏻

The trip itself was fast-paced, trying to squeeze so much into such a short window of time, but it was unforgettable in every possible way ✨

Happiest of Father’s Day to me, and to all the incredible single mums out there who show up every single day, doing the work of two ✨

Even when it wasn’t our choice, we rise each morning and give everything we have: from providing, protecting, guiding, and loving our children. We are the mum, the dad, the doctor, the nurse, the teacher, the comforter, and everything in between. That is no small feat, and it deserves to be honoured.

I see you. I feel you. And I celebrate you - not just today, but every day 💛

To every single mum carrying it all on her shoulders while raising the next generation with strength, love, and resilience.

You are extraordinary, and you are enough 🌹

Hi I’m Christalee, a bit about me 🫶🏻

I’m a woman of many expressions; a space holder, reiki energy healer, breathwork & meditation guide, events weaver, and a busy mum navigating the wild, beautiful rhythm of life.

Silence has become one of my most potent teachers! But it wasn’t always the nourishing kind. For much of my life, silence meant suppression: the unspoken, the unheard, the dimming of my own voice. I lived in a silence shaped by survival, not by sovereignty.

But as I’ve walked the path of breath, energy, and embodiment, silence has transformed. It has become a place of deep remembering and reclamation, not an empty void, but a space where my truth rises, layer by layer.

As a mother, space holder, and woman navigating the fullness of life, I still find myself craving stillness even when it feels uncomfortable. Because real silence doesn’t just hush the world around us… it invites us to meet what’s within. And in that sacred meeting with our thoughts, our pain, our longing, our joy, we find strength we never knew we had.

This is the kind of silence I hold space for. Not the kind that shrinks you… but the kind that lets you expand. The kind that softens, awakens, and ultimately brings you home.

This retreat is not about doing, fixing, or achieving.

It’s about holding space for yourself, the way you would for someone you love.

Our Silent Retreat at Riverdell Spiritual Centre is a space to return to that quiet.
Held over a weekend in the sacred stillness of nature, this retreat invites you to step away from the world’s demands and soften into your own inner landscape.

There is no need to perform, explain, or achieve. Just a gentle invitation to listen.
To rest.
To simply be.

You will be supported by lightly guided meditation, conscious breathing, nourishing meals, and spacious silence ~
all held in the warmth of community and the beauty of the Riverdell grounds.
