Shantarasa facilitates Yoga Teacher Trainings and post graduate trainings nationally within Australia and Globally. Both founders each have 45 years of training and practice in all aspects of Yoga. They have benefited from the great privilege of being guided and trained by a remarkable lineage of Siddhas. Pooja conducted in the evening with multiple lights (deepas) burning in the temple space
wear something new and festive
offerings of prasad (food to be blessed) sweets
offerings of fruit, flowers, gold coins
Chant will precede chai and prasad
