**UPDATE** This change has been implemented to combat the rising number of spam messages being received. Unfortunately, there is very little we can do to fix it. The most you can do as a patient is mark the sender as known for IPhone users, and for Android, save the number in your phone. These changes should stop the messages from going to the spam folder!
Important Update About Appointment Reminders!
We've recently discovered that due to changes made by several mobile providers, some of our text message reminders are automatically being filtered into the "spam" or "junk" folder on phones - and many people don't even know that folder exists!
While we are looking into whether there is anything we can do to fix this, unfortunately it's currently out of our control.
To avoid missing your appointment and incurring a missed appointment fee, please set yourself a manual reminder if you have an appointment coming up as we cannot guarantee that our text messages will reach you at the moment.
