Meet James! 👋

We’re excited to introduce James to our Occupational Therapist team at DLS Allied Health!

James is passionate about supporting people to become the best versions of themselves and helping participants build confidence and independence in their everyday lives.

Outside of work, James loves spending time in nature — whether that’s a walk or run through the bush, or camping by the river 🌿🏕️
He enjoys staying active and plays a range of sports including cricket, footy, and golf 🏏🏉⛳

At home, James has a very funny Jack Russell named Max who keeps life entertaining 🐾
To unwind, James turns to music — either listening to it or picking up his guitar for a relaxing reset 🎶

Meet Becky! 👋

We’re excited to introduce Becky to our Occupational Therapist team at DLS Allied Health!

Becky is passionate about helping people and supporting participants to build independence and confidence in their everyday lives. Her interest in OT began through family members working in healthcare, and she quickly realised it was the perfect fit for her caring and people-focused nature.

Outside of work, Becky is always on the go. She enjoys Pilates, walking with friends, swimming, reading, shopping, baking sweet treats, and spending time with family and friends. She’s also a big fan of netball and footy 🏐🏉

Becky has two energetic dogs — Winnie the Kelpie and Gypsy the Blue Heeler 🐾
Her favourite tradition is Christmas spent with family (and plenty of ham!), along with a huge annual family reunion celebrating her great-grandmother where over 100 relatives come together ❤️

To unwind, Becky loves rewatching Grey’s Anatomy and Criminal Minds — her go-to comfort shows after a busy day 📺

Meet Katerina! 👋

We’re excited to introduce Katerina to our Occupational Therapist team at DLS Allied Health!

Katerina was drawn to Occupational Therapy because it looks beyond diagnosis and focuses on how people function in their everyday lives. She enjoys creatively problem solving and tailoring supports to each individual’s environment, strengths, and goals to help them succeed in meaningful activities.

Outside of work, Katerina enjoys socialising with family and friends and making the most of quality time together 🍽️

Her creative side shines through her hobbies — painting, digital and graphic design, and reading 🎨📚

At home, she has two German Shepherds who keep life busy 🐾
To unwind and stay motivated, Katerina turns to music — whether it’s podcasts, 2000s throwbacks, or pop depending on the mood 🎧

Josh chose Occupational Therapy because he wanted a career that makes a genuine difference in people’s lives. He is passionate about helping individuals feel heard, supported, and capable of achieving their personal goals.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, and trying new food spots with his partner 🌏🍽️

He also loves staying active, with hobbies including soccer, running, and golf ⚽🏃⛳
At home, Josh has a labradoodle named Frankie who keeps him busy 🐾
To relax, Josh’s comfort activity is watching soccer games and following the sport he loves ⚽

Meet Olivia! 👋

We’re excited to introduce Olivia to our Speech Pathology team at DLS Allied Health!

Olivia is passionate about supporting people to communicate in whatever way works best for them and is especially dedicated to empowering and advocating for the neurodiverse community.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Olivia at the gym, doing Pilates, or catching up with friends 💪

She’s also the proud owner of two rescue puppies, Lola and Nelson — fluffy little agents of chaos known for sprinting, mischief, and then looking completely innocent afterward 🐾

Her favourite tradition is spending summer on her cousins’ houseboat, soaking up the sun while knee boarding and skiing ☀️

When it’s time to relax, Olivia enjoys getting stuck into a hefty true crime book or settling in for a sitcom or true crime marathon 📺📚

Harrison is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. He values supporting participants to build confidence, independence, and engagement in the activities that matter most to them, no matter their circumstances.

Outside of work, Harrison enjoys keeping life balanced with plenty of social time — whether that’s catching up with friends or settling in for a good movie night 🎬

He also loves setting goals and training towards events, especially running, and spends time on the golf course attempting to channel his inner Tiger Woods ⛳
At home, Harrison is kept company by his dog, Rosie 🐾

To unwind after a busy day, Harrison’s comfort show is The Office, a go-to for a good laugh and a chance to switch off.

Meet Amy! 👋

We’re excited to introduce Amy to our Speech Pathology team at DLS Allied Health!

Amy has always been drawn to working in health and loves supporting participants of all ages to achieve their speech and language goals. She finds it incredibly rewarding helping people build confidence in their communication and everyday interactions.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys travelling, spending quality time with family and friends, and making frequent trips to Kmart 🛍️

Her hobbies include going to the gym, colouring in to relax, and recently getting into reading 📚
At home, Amy has a cat named Ruby — her very loved fur baby 🐾

Her favourite tradition is takeaway on a Friday, the perfect way to end the week 🍟

Meet Thomas! 👋

We are excited to welcome Tom to our Occupational Therapist team at DLS Allied Health!

Tom is passionate about working with participants of all ages to support their independence in meaningful activities — whether at school, at home, or in the community.

Outside of work, Thomas loves staying active and keeping on the move. You’ll often find him at the gym, out running, playing sport, or down at the beach whenever the weather is warm ☀️🏖️

A big football fan, Thomas heads to Melbourne most weekends to watch the footy and catch up with family — even if being an Essendon supporter can sometimes test the patience!

His path into Occupational Therapy started in high school after learning about the profession from his cousin, who is also an OT. From Year 11 he knew it was the career for him, and he went on to complete his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Honours.

When it’s time to unwind after a busy day, Thomas enjoys putting on a podcast and heading out for a walk — fresh air, learning something new, and a moment to reset 🎧🚶

Team Update: Jorja, Speech Pathologist 🎉

We are happy to announce that Jorja has now completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology Honours and is now a member of our Speech Pathology Team 🧠.

Jorja started with DLS Allied Health as a student on placement in 2024, she then came onboard as an AHA in 2025, while undertaking her studies ✨.

We are so excited to see her join our Speech Pathology team. 👏

Team Update: Caitlyn, Occupational Therapist 🎉

We are happy to announce that Caitlyn has now completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy Honours and is now a member of our Occupational Therapy Team 🧠.

Caitlyn started with DLS Allied Health as an AHA in 2025, while undertaking her studies.

We have loved seeing Caitlyn grow as an OT and we are so excited to see her continue to support participants in the OT space 👏

Meet Molly! 👋

We’re excited to introduce Molly to our Speech Pathology team at DLS Allied Health!

Molly has always wanted a career where she could work directly with people and make a meaningful difference. After completing work experience in upper high school, she realised Speech Pathology was the perfect fit. With her fun and energetic approach, she finds working with children especially rewarding and loves supporting them to build confidence in their communication.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family and friends. She’s currently working on becoming a better cook and can often be found browsing op shops in search of hidden treasures 🛍️

Her hobbies include playing netball and tennis 🏐🎾
While she doesn’t currently have any pets, Molly grew up with a beautiful rescue greyhound named Dora, who started out shy and hesitant but quickly became a much-loved member of the family 🐾

When it’s time to unwind, Molly loves watching The Hunger Games — though the books are still on her to-read list 📚
