Rebecca Richards Kinesiology Kinesiology is a powerful, non-invasive, holistic natural therapy. Hi, my name is Rebecca. Workshops and classes are also run from my home.

I have been working professionally as a Kinesiologist within the Natural Therapy industry for 21 years. Kinesiology made its first impressions upon me over 27 years ago, when I fell sick to bladder cancer at the age of 18. Thanks to the combination of both Eastern and Western medicine for my initial recovery, and for my complete recovery today, Kinesiology has been the key factor. I have also been trained in Reiki, flower essence therapy, emotional trauma release, herbal medicine, aromatherapy and have a Cert IV in small business management. My studies are always ongoing as I love to bring everything I can to each and every client. My love of Kinesiology stems from its ability to allow the client to have a new window of understanding on their current health issue. With this new perspective and the appropriate remedy, the body is then able to come into a state of balance and health. I conduct my Kinesiology consultations from my home in beautiful Greendale. As over 75% of all illness today is due to stress, I see the utmost importance in maintaining health in all aspects of our lives. Kinesiology has been, and is my tool for maintaining wellbeing.

Hi 👋🏽 Bec here……I’m still cruising along working in my business. My official Christmas break starts 24th December and I’m taking off until 13th January 2026.

What…..a…….year!!! Massive growth, flow, healing and expansion for me and my business. It’s been an incredible year and overall I have really enjoyed it. (I know that’s not everyone’s experience as so many of my clients and mentorship participants have had huge challenges, heartache, major health concerns and general depletion.) I am here for you.

I want you to know I have been working behind the scenes to create an incredible year of offerings in 2026. My Blueprint Map has been locked in and my schedule next year is mapped out until 1st December 2026 🙌🏽🙌🏽 All dates for everything has been locked into my diary. I will be bringing to you:
~ 4 x Elemental 3 Month Mentorship Programs
~ 3 x Animal 1 Month Journeys
~ Support Package membership for my 1:1 clients
The official Blueprint Map for 2026 will be emailed to you after Christmas. I have created my offerings to either be bundled and overlayed together or taken 1 at a time. My intention is that you have support in multiple ways with me to return to your centre, your truth, your True North.

2026 will see incredible support with me in both group work AND ongoing 1:1 work. My focus is shifting from the 1 off session every now and again to committed work. I will have the 1 off sessions available but very limited.

Everyone needs to know this fact!!

A life without hard and challenge is not attainable. It’s toxic. Life is diverse. Yin and Yang. Our ability to be balanced & happy in all of it is the key.

My mentorship participants really anchor this in by the end of the 3 months with me…..sovereign present energy. Self management. Becoming your own CEO.

We sometimes can’t be happy in the hard or challenge but we can become present. This allows us to move through life in a balanced way - the kaleidoscope of life and being in it, all of it.

People can chase a life of constant ease but it’s the acceptance of both ease and hard that brings balance and happiness. Rebecca x

Authenticity ~ I recently had a conversation with a friend & client about “spirituality” and she said to me that prior to working with me she felt she wasn’t a spiritual person. If someone asked her if she was she would have said ~ no way!

This is not an uncommon conversation I have with people because unfortunately “spirituality” is now sold as a performance ~ in particular the wellness industry. If you look a certain way, certain clothes, waving around a smudge stick or crystal you are a spiritual person. This is often (not always) bu****it and is spiritual performance.

Spiritual is presence and connection with something greater than ourselves. It’s the vibrant colour of a flower, the dew on a plant, a sunrise or sunset, it’s our self talk, prayer, gratitude, how we treat our inner child, kindness, it’s living from our heart. Spiritual is not an industry or “career” it’s how we live. It’s authentic connection with the world around us, the higher source, God, life force…..whatever you want to call it.

My friend now knows she’s very spiritual because nature, the sunrise and sunset, the way she feels in her body and in her life is alive, present and grateful! It’s not dictated by our career it’s dictated by our authentic connection with life.

This week I began working with my 3rd 3 Month Mentorship container for the year. Each one has been fully booked. The 1 I’m currently running is the Fire 3 Month Mentorship Program and there are 13 incredible humans in there. 5 of these participants are from the Whitsundays and the other 8 are from Victoria, NSW and southern QLD.

Each group that comes together has its unique energy and frequency. Each person receives healing, insight, awareness, support as an individual AND they receive a bespoke frequency from the group. Working this way is powerful and enjoyable!

In 2026 I will have ongoing 3 Month Mentorship Programs AND 1 Month Journeys PLUS this week I’m adding in a new 12 month Support Package. My work is about supporting my community to receive maximum support and care at an incredible price. Change for my clients doesn’t just happen in 1 session with me ~ it happens in committed ongoing work with me. It’s where I become a part of your scaffolding to support you in your life. My most successful clients are clients that invest in their wellbeing. It’s a bit like going to the gym ~ 1 session doesn’t create the change, commitment and consistency is what creates successful living.

I am so excited about 2026. This coming year will mark 26 years for me as a qualified professional Kinesiologist. I bring so much dedication, experience, wisdom, extra studied skills, knowledge and embodiment to my work. Fire element ~ Summer is the corresponding season for the Fire element. When in balance we feel present, alive, on-purpose, energised, passionate, joyful and lit up. We feel connected with the people we love and part of the community and our bigger purpose.

If our inner Fire element is out of balance we can feel weak, purposeless, low self esteem, worthless, sadness, alienation and gloomy. We can feel as if we lack the Fire in our belly and burnt out.

Working elementally is a gentle way to usher ourselves back into balance and doing this alongside the corresponding season makes it doubly powerful. A few questions for you:

🔥What in your life makes you feel alive?
🔥What is it that brings fire to your belly, passion to your heart?
🔥Is there something in your past that needs closure to bring you fully alive?

Studio views ~ the dry has been broken these past few weeks & with the rain has come life. The grass & earth has turned from crispy brown & dust to green & lush. Nature just needs a few of the right things to spring back to life. We too are nature & sometimes it’s all we need.

The joy of my work is the clients body knows what it needs. Biofeedback is what I’m an expert in working with & I can relay to you what your body needs to bring it back to life. Often we know deep down what we need & through a session of biofeedback it is confirmed, precisely the right package to deliver to the body to move it into a state of equilibrium.

Within my mentorship programs I teach YOU biofeedback! A tool for life where you can use this tool, alongside your other tools like intuition, to find the remedy you need as a catalyst for change in the direction of your goals. Imagine spending 5 minutes a day working with biofeedback to harmonise your energy to your goals. A micro step for the macro picture!
