Driven by her fascination of the complexity of the hand and upper limb, and the meaningful impact that targeted rehabilitation can have on someone's life.

Avoid related injuries with these 5 tips 👇

1. Always warm up before each match, ensuring you stretch from your shoulders to your fingers.

2. Check that you are using the correct grip; gripping the racquet too tightly can lead to strain.

3. Consider wearing wrist supports if you have a history of injuries.

4. If you feel any pain, be sure to ice the affected area immediately after playing.

5. Most importantly, don't push through the pain; take a break as soon as you start to feel discomfort.
