2. Check that you are using the correct grip; gripping the racquet too tightly can lead to strain.
3. Consider wearing wrist supports if you have a history of injuries.
4. If you feel any pain, be sure to ice the affected area immediately after playing.
5. Most importantly, don't push through the pain; take a break as soon as you start to feel discomfort.
