🌟 Leadership Update at the NDIA 🌟

We welcome Graeme Head AO as the new CEO of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), starting 24 November 2025. Graeme brings extensive experience in public service, including his roles as the inaugural NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commissioner and Secretary of the NSW Department of Customer Service.

As CEO, Graeme will oversee the daily operations of the NDIA, working with the Board to ensure the NDIS continues to deliver positive outcomes for participants.

We look forward to seeing his leadership guide the NDIS through its next chapter!

Here’s one for the trivia lovers — did you know International Men’s Day was started by Dr Jerome Teelucksingh back in 1999?

He picked 19 November to celebrate his dad’s birthday 🎂 and the Trinidad & Tobago football team ⚽ who brought the country together during their 1989 World Cup campaign! 🇹🇹

What started as one man’s idea to celebrate positive male role models and men’s wellbeing is now recognised in over 80 countries around the world! 🌏

Now that’s something worth cheering for! 👏

The Melbourne Cup may have been run on Tuesday, 4th November, but here’s a fun fact to keep the spirit going — the very first Melbourne Cup was held way back in 1861! That’s over 160 years of racing history 🏆
