Hi everyone. If you follow you are one of the lucky one's because I am about to keep you all updated about ur rehab journey! The vision has not gone. I have sent a sample overview off to the dv minister LNP and asked for 10 million to be able to do everything we want to do for domestic violence. This is at least $5 million for Zac's Place. A rehab for men coming out of jail for dv and want to change. That's the latest! Still chipping away but the 2 buses for homeless women are on the go and we will need funding to even start. We are getting ready to start this but first we have to prove it to the government! We are starting a men’s program called caring dads - then we will go for government approval! Watch this space!

Update! So we are actively looking for funding from the government! But - if anyone know anyone in the know- mining, tv personality etc who could help us help these men - please contact us ASAP

Zac’s place needs a bit of land. We want men who want to recover and change their lives away from the city! The intention is to have dongles and self sustaining living, common area , 24 hr support by men (not young support workers) who know how to help in this field. We will need to pay our doctors, psychologist, medicines, counsellors and older trained support workers to be constantly available but first we need the LAND!
