Meet Beau – Assistant Manager at City Cave Strathpine

Beau is passionate about helping people feel their best, and what he loves most about working at City Cave is seeing the progression in each person’s health and wellness journey.

Watching clients implement positive habits and grow into healthier versions of themselves is what keeps him motivated every day.

When he’s not in the centre, you’ll probably find Beau out on the golf course perfecting his swing or enjoying a laid-back barbecue with his family. He’s a big believer in the importance of sleep as the foundation of wellness — and a huge New York Knicks fan too 🏀.
