First time client yesterday . Thanks for the post Te Aorangi Hina Henry!

I went in open minded. This was either going to work or not. Short and simple answer. Mind blow. It worked. Steve is so calm and knowledgeable. Talks his way through every move which I appreciate and valued. I have left with plans to return. My pain levels have dropped dramatically. My energy within is calmer. Thank you heaps Steve. I cannot wait to continue this journey and unlock everything there is to do :)

I would highly recommend Steve Telfer as a Kinesiologist. His professionalism, knowledge, skill and expertise is exceptional.

Steve doesn't just provide a service, he has the unique ability to identify underlying issues.

As a former athlete and now working in high performance sport, you need that person on your bus who is aligned to success and performance. Steve will always be on my bus! His expertise has provided me and my athletes, with the opportunity to perform to the best of our ability when it counts!

But you don't need to be a high performing athlete to benefit from Steve's skills. Children, adults, and the elderly, he has provided opportunity for all.

After our trip to Brisbane & back I got to visit Steve & get treated in person, it was amazing how he was able to pin point my hip problem & give me so much relief. I still have to work myself with exercise that he has recommended. But the difference is life changing for me. I was even lucky enough to have his granddaughter oversee that I got the best care available 😃oel

I can’t speak highly enough of Steve Telfer
This is my 3rd time I have been to him with an injury, the first 2 both self-inflicted and he was able to have me up & running again in no time.
This time my pain was a mystery, I have no idea when it started but has become worse over time, Doctors have sent me for an X-ray then a Scan with no luck being able to find anything. They then decided it must be a compressed nerve, so I was given a steroid injection & told to lose weight (which I’m happy to say I have lost 17kg) but the pain is still there & the doctor told me they couldn’t do anymore for me. It seems like if you can’t fix it with a pill then it’s unfixable.
I can’t go for long walks anymore & going up & down stairs is difficult.
Then I remembered Steve & his success with me before, so I contacted him over the phone as we live some distance away. I have had 1 phone appt over facetime & he has been able to work out what is causing my problem & give me areas to work on until our actual appt in person this week. I know that once I see him this week the results will be amazing as what I have been doing so far has made such a difference in my everyday life.

Had the pleasure of meeting with former NRL player Sam Tagataese tonight. Sam has been involved with South’s Logan Magpies the last few years and was keen to explore the benefits of kinesiology in the treatment of injuries. As an ex-front rower we had plenty to work with!

Thank you so much Steve for getting me out of the severe pain that I was in. I am now sleeping at night without waking for pain medication which I had been doing since my knee replacement.I will certainly recommend you to anyone that needs help with sorting out their bodies . Thank you also for fixing Bill's tennis elbow. Its the first day he has not put his elbow band on for months. Much appreciation from both of us.

I’ve had a goal over the last 2 months to be able to return to playing Oztag.
I’m happy to say I got to play representing Ferny Hills Over 50’s at the Qld Senior State Cup titles at Kawana on the Sunshine Coast this weekend,
four months after tearing my Achilles’ tendon. Only played one game but great to be out there with the best bunch of blokes.
