We’re Hiring – Join the SSCS Team ✨
Seaside Support Community Services is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, confident support workers who genuinely care about the people they support.
We work with high-needs participants and pride ourselves on providing safe, respectful and person-centred care. We are seeking applicants who have a minimum of 2 years experience, are confident working independently, and have all current certifications, driver’s licence, comprehensive insurance and compliance requirements up to date (First Aid, relevant training, clearances, etc).
Most importantly, we’re looking for people who align with our values — compassion, professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to supporting our participants to live full and meaningful lives.
