We had so much fun last Thursday at Closing the Gap Day ๐Ÿ’š

Young people were able to come into the space and explore what steps they could take to a stronger them and engage in a grounding activity of nature clay ๐Ÿ‚

We hope everyone had a deadly time coming together at the Adelaide Showground on Kaurna Country to celebrate First Nations cultures and champion inclusivity for Aboriginal people.

S5 EP8: music, meaning, and mental health (feat. Aston from towns).

Music can hype you up, calm you down, help you process feelings, or say the things you
canโ€™t put into words. And for so many young people, itโ€™s a massive part of identity,
connection, and coping through tough times.

So, we teamed up with Aston from towns to chat about how music helps us feel
understood, the creative side of making music (even when itโ€™s messy), confidence, selfexpression & finding your sound, and how music becomes a mental health tool.

Whether youโ€™re blasting tunes, writing lyrics, or screaming in the car on the way home,
this episode is for you!
