At Edge, we’ve been supporting people with disability on their employment journeys since 1984. From school leavers to seniors.

From wannabe entrepreneurs with small-business dreams to community volunteers. But more than finding or creating the right opportunity, we ensure everyone – every client and employer – has the personalised training and ongoing support they need to make each opportunity a success. Our Project Employment students enjoyed another fantastic workplace tour at Scitech.

The students had a fun afternoon learning about the array of work possibilities post-school. A highlight was testing out a new game under development and getting an exclusive preview of an exciting exhibit arriving in late 2026- definitely one to check-out!

A big thank you to our partners at Scitech, particularly Josh, the Secondary STEM Coordinator, for giving our students a valuable insight into the inner workings of their business.

👋 Meet Jack who is volunteering at the Town of Claremont, where no two days are the same – from welcoming visitors at the Aquatic Pool to learning about the role of the Ranger team around the community.

This International Women's Day, we celebrate women and gender-diverse leaders driving change in their communities.

WA Young Australian of the Year finalist from the Australian of the Year Awards, Isabella Choate, continues to champion inclusion through roles including CEO of the Youth Disability Advocacy Network and 2025 Ambassador for International Day of People with Disability.

Recently, our NDIS team came together for a Staff Development Afternoon ✨

The team dedicated time to strengthening their knowledge, systems, and skills so they can continue delivering high-quality, person-centred supports to their NDIS clients and the wider community.

🎉Holly turns 21! It is hard to believe the amazing impact Holly has already had in her career.

She has supported 16 classes of students to learn, grow and graduate from our Project Employment program – a work-preparation program designed for high school students.

Known for her approachability and relatability, Holly understands the emotions that come with leaving school and stepping into the world of work. She loves helping people experience the confidence, independence and power that employment can bring ✨
