Mareena Purslowe Funerals Fremantle was honoured to sponsor this year's IWD Pearl of the Atlantic Long Lunch.

We were incredibly proud to see WA Portuguese Community Citizen of the year and our own funeral director, Mel McKay, speak so beautifully from the heart.

Mel shared the richness of the knowledge, customs and beliefs passed down from generations of women in the Portuguese community and beyond.

All proceeds raised on the day go towards Breast Cancer Care WA., helping provide vital services to those affected by breast cancer.
