Parkinson's disease can impact nutrition and overall well-being. ๐Ÿ

Focus on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins to support brain health. Omega-3 fatty acids from fish and walnuts are great for reducing inflammation.

Stay hydrated! Dehydration can worsen symptoms.

Consider smaller, more frequent meals to manage swallowing difficulties.

Limit processed foods and sugars, as they can lead to fatigue. Always consult with a healthcare provider or dietitian for personalized advice. ๐Ÿฅ—
